We have a 48-hour refund policy on all of our services as work will be started on your design after 48 hours.
To start a refund, you can contact us at contactromvar.ca@gmail.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a refund confirmation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We have a 30-day refund policy on our products if the items are in 100% new condition. Please email us within 48 hours if you have any issues with the item.

Please note because of our small inventory and custom-made products we are not able to accept exchanges so please make sure all your requirements are correct and final before ordering.
